Plan A is the largest apartment in the South Building. It features a 2 bed/2 bath layout with hardwood floors in all main areas. Plan A baths contain new Kohler fixtures and pedestal sinks that compliment the Sieber’s 1920’s heritage.

Our B units are 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments with hardwood floors throughout the entry, kitchen and living areas and wall-to-wall carpet in the master bedroom. Like all of our apartments, Plan B is beautifully designed with granite countertops, Kohler fixtures, and vintage-inspired tile to provide modern comfort with vintage charm.

Available in two layouts, Plan C units offer a spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom space with the amenities of our A and B plans. Hardwood flooring covers the living and kitchen spaces in the apartment with carpet in the oversized bedroom. Plan C baths feature vintage-inspired tile, chrome faucets and tile wainscoting—a nod to our history without sacrificing contemporary needs. Special to Plan C, the master bedroom opens to the living room with romantic French doors.

Located in the North Building just off the courtyard, these roomy, second story, loft-like apartments feature 12-foot ceilings and an open floor plan.

Located in our north building, these open concept units with expansive kitchens face Hudson. The two street level units have floor-to-ceiling storefront windows and stained concrete floors. Accessed by private stairs, the two upper units feature hardwood in living spaces. All offer 12-foot ceilings and lots of natural lighting.

Just off the courtyard, Plan F apartments are our largest 2 bed/2 bath units and feature exposed brick walls. Master suites are located upstairs overlooking the living room. The kitchen, a bath and a 2nd bedroom/office are also on the first level.
